Liquidation heatmap data shows that Bitcoin currently has two key liquidity zones to watch.
🔼 Upside:
Short liquidations are concentrated around the $74,000 – $75,000 range.
If price continues to move higher, this area could trigger a short squeeze, potentially accelerating the move upward.
🔽 Downside:
Long liquidations are located below the $70,000 level.
If the market reverses to the downside, this zone could become the next liquidity target.
At the moment, BTC is still showing relatively strong price structure, which means the market could sweep the upside liquidity first before any potential reversal.
However, in crypto markets it is quite common for price to take liquidity on both sides before establishing a clear direction. 📉📈
