When I look at the evolution of Web3 gaming, one thing becomes very clear to me — most early systems were not designed to last.

In my opinion, games like Axie Infinity followed what I’d call an insular economy. As shown in Phase 1, players earned digital assets, but the majority of those rewards were instantly sold. This created constant selling pressure and made the entire system dependent on hype-driven funding rather than real value creation.

For me, the biggest flaw was simple:

✍️Value was created… but it never stayed.

This is where I see @Pixels taking a different path.

Looking at Phase 2, the system feels less like a closed loop and more like a connected ecosystem. Instead of just farming and selling, players now contribute to something bigger — a network where actions have meaning across multiple layers.

What really stands out to me is the idea of a multiverse of connected games. Assets are no longer isolated. They move across systems, gain utility, and become part of a larger economic loop. Crafting, governance, and exploration are not separate features anymore — they are interconnected pieces of the same system.

In my view, this shift changes player behavior completely.

Earlier model:

➡ Earn → Sell → Exit

Now evolving model:

➡ Earn → Use → Reinvest → Grow

This is a small change on the surface, but a massive shift in structure.

Another thing I personally find important is the hybrid reward structure. Instead of encouraging pure extraction, Pixels seems to reward participation. Players are not just earning — they are engaging, building, and circulating value inside the ecosystem.

Because of this, selling pressure naturally reduces, and the economy becomes more stable.

🧠 My Practical Approach (Tutorial Insight)

If I were actively participating in Pixels, I wouldn’t treat it like a quick-earn game. I’d approach it like a system:

Focus on utility, not just rewards

Use and reinvest assets instead of instantly selling

Participate in multiple activities (farming, crafting, exploration)

Think long-term — not short-term profit

From my experience, real value in Web3 doesn’t come from extraction — it comes from participation

🔥My final Opinion

To me, Pixels doesn’t feel like just a game anymore — it feels like a living economy. One where players are not just users, but contributors.
