Privacy is often framed as a binary choice.
Either everything is public, or everything is hidden.
But real-world finance doesn’t work that way.
Information is shared selectively. Regulators see what they need. Counterparties see what’s relevant. The public sees very little. This balance allows systems to function without exposing participants to unnecessary risk.
What I appreciate about this architecture is that it seems built around this exact middle ground. Verification without exposure. Compliance without over-sharing. Transparency where required, privacy where justified.
This is not an easy balance to design. It requires cryptographic guarantees, careful transaction models, and a deep understanding of financial workflows.
From my perspective, this makes the project intellectually interesting even before considering adoption or price. It’s attempting to align blockchain mechanics with how financial systems already operate — instead of forcing one to replace the other.
That’s why I think @Dusk are worth studying beyond surface narratives. The ideas being tested here could influence how future financial infrastructure is built. #dusk
