What is a Liquidation Map?
A Liquidation Map shows where many traders’ positions may be automatically closed (liquidated) in the market.
It helps traders see key price levels where strong price movements can happen.
Why is it important?
When many traders are liquidated at the same time, the market can move quickly in one direction.
Long Liquidation: Price falls and long positions are closed.
Short Liquidation: Price rises and short positions are closed.
