Indonesia has permitted the resumption of Grok, an AI tool developed by Elon Musk's social media platform X, following assurances regarding the generation of inappropriate content. According to Jin10, the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs announced on Sunday that X had addressed the misuse issues of Grok in a letter to the minister. The ministry emphasized that it will continue to monitor the tool for any further violations, including the dissemination of illegal content and breaches of child protection principles.
