Micah Johnson discovered his love for painting in a 2016 painting class and subsequently transitioned to digital art. At the time, Johnson was a second baseman for the Los Angeles Dodgers and explored creative directions during the off-season.
Soon after, Johnson attended a team bonding event where teammates shared their hobbies. It was during this event that Johnson first showcased his interest in painting. The coach challenged him to draw a Dodgers MVP trophy, sparking a deeper passion for art. In 2018, after retiring from baseball, Johnson fully embraced art as his second career.
