‼Trump $TRUMP limited the powers of Musk $DOGE after mass layoffs

Trump gathered his cabinet to make it clear: Elon Musk can give advice but cannot make unilateral decisions on personnel issues or policy. At the meeting, Musk admitted that DOGE made mistakes and agreed to Trump's demand to limit his role to advisory. Now final decisions are left to department heads.

Interestingly, within the "extremely strange" DOGE office, as reported by Politico, employees work so much that at least four rooms on the 6th floor have been arranged for sleeping, equipped with beds from IKEA, lamps, and dressers. These rooms share office space with conference rooms and are only accessible with high-level security clearance.

In general, sleeping in agency offices is prohibited, "except when permitted by an agency official."
