I am shortsighted; I still see it as a rebound market, reducing positions at highs, or shorting at highs. Until there is a breakthrough with significant volume, I personally see it as a high-level trap.
The big players won't cut the retail investors; they won't push it up without bloody chips. Besides, the momentum, the rise, and the new narrative have yet to arrive.
I have previously mentioned that the BTC national strategic reserve plan should be the strongest narrative. Without actual implementation of BTC purchases, and without a new narrative to support it, it will be very difficult for BTC to return to 100,000.
The only things that could lead to a significant rise in BTC are, first, the Federal Reserve lowering interest rates, the dollar weakening, and funds entering the crypto world again; second, actually starting to purchase BTC with dollars. Currently, neither of these points exists; may I ask what can lead to a significant rise and reversal?
Now, I still recommend reducing positions at highs. However, if there is a sharp decline in the future, it is indeed possible to gradually accumulate and hold during the corresponding cycles. From the pattern, after a repair, another rise will also take 2-3 months.
So, we indeed need to adjust our strategy again and start accumulating.
