Binance exchange, under the MiCA decisions, announced that it would delist stablecoins from countries in the European Economic Area. Stablecoins such as $USDT and $FDUSD were known to be on the delist list, alongside $USTC.
The Binance exchange has removed $USTC from the list of stablecoins to be delisted with an update made today. This update was noted on their official announcement page.
