Previously, Shevchovich stated that the EU's first phase of tariff plans against the US would start on April 15, and the second phase would start on May 15. Shevchovich indicated that EU member states would vote on April 9 regarding countermeasures against US tariffs on steel and aluminum, and if the vote passes, the EU's two phases of tariffs against the US would be implemented on April 15 and May 15, respectively.
