💢 According to Reuters, Singapore Gulf Bank has appointed Randall Quarles, former Vice Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve, as Vice Chairman of a new global advisory council created to facilitate international expansion. The council also includes Fan Min (co-founder of Ctrip), Louis Zhong (founder and CEO of Boyu Capital), and Sheikh Mohamed Khalifa Al Khalifa (CEO of Beyon Digital).
