Follow this advice carefully and do not chase your emotions.

No one cares about your sadness and the market is not affected by your tears:

Give up on short-term downtrends if the long-term trend is upward.

There are people who run towards death because they follow temporary trends for short periods like 1/5 minute, then the market rises after you enter a short position and you tell yourself they are targeting my account. In reality, they are doing their job professionally; every drop on a short time frame when the trend is upward is an opportunity to enter a buy position, and vice versa.
