Who has spent over 200 million USD to gather 290 million Pi on the OKX exchange, continuing to acquire several million Pi each day?

WALLET OF 290,149,773 PI OF WHO?

There is a high possibility that PCT has retrieved from OKX to control the circulating supply of Pi as well as "cleaning up". (loss of trust selling Pi, gathering Pi from the black market to dump, hacking wallets to dump, fraudulent wallets dumping.....)

Why?

1/ The majority of the Pi amount was withdrawn from OKX (OKX is a member of FDCI Stanford, a future digital currency initiative led by David Mazieres (Stellar SCP). Pi - Stellar - Stanford - OKX (likely the coordination of wallets linked by Nicolas)

2/ Which shark dares to gather Pi ~200,000,000$ (>5000 billion VND) when PCT is holding >70% of the supply of Pi (according to Piscan.io) & PCT is controlling the system. Are they not afraid of Nicolas "pulling a fast one"?

3/ PCT will not allow this to happen; they will destroy the project. Why?

According to Pi BlockExplore:
Pi unlocked: 2,202,444,802 π

Wallet of 290 million/ 2.2 billion (free Pi): Accounts for ~13%
Wallet of 290 million/ 340,132,230 Pi (deposited to various CEX): Accounts for ~85%

=> 13% compared to total Pi unlocked & 85% of total Pi on CEX
=> What will this shark do with the Pi project?
=> Will the Pi Core Team allow this to happen?

If it belongs to CEX Binance, Coinbase.....it will definitely meet KYB & comply with the conditions from PCT.

4/ Total Pi OKX received from Liquidity Reserve (PCT's liquidity reserve) is 10,000,000 Pi (as of June 14, 2025). CEX Binance, Coinbase receiving 290 million Pi from PCT is "unreasonable".

5/ According to regulations & compliance, Pi-Stellar-Coinbase-USDC... are from the same system (KYC, AML.....) & of US origin. Coinbase will find it easier to meet KYB with PCT than Binance and will comply with the conditions from PCT.

Pi is very "picky"!

=> Therefore, the wallet that gathers 290 million Pi is likely that PCT has gone through OKX to "control the circulating supply" (99%)
