We have recently repurchased over 270,000 KEY in the open market and will increase the total repurchase to 500,000 KEY by August 6, 2025. The repurchased KEY will be transferred to a black hole for destruction on August 6, 2025. We plan to repurchase a total of 1,000,000 KEY in the open market for destruction within this quarter.
