The Strait of Hormuz is Iran’s nuclear button in an economic sense

The threat to bomb power plants is just escalation for them

But the most interesting part awaits us in the markets

Markets hate uncertainty, and a war scenario over the strait is the worst nightmare for the global economy

The Strait of Hormuz is the chokepoint through which 20% of global oil and LNG consumption flows

20% OF ALL OIL.

If, within 48 hours, a military operation begins or Iran confirms the closure of the strait with mines and missiles

The price of Brent oil will instantly SURGE TO $120-$150 PER BARREL

JUST IMAGINE. $150.

Such a spike will trigger a sharp rise in inflation worldwide

This will lead to INVESTORS PANICKING AND EXITING RISK ASSETS

And rotating capital into safe havens:

- Gold

- US dollar

- US Treasury bonds

S&P 500 and Nasdaq are HEADED FOR A CRASH, as companies dependent on logistics and air travel will be hit FIRST

As for crypto, the reaction will be mixed:

- First, a sharp dump and cascade liquidations

- Then, a possible rise if the traditional financial system starts stalling DUE TO A GEOPOLITICAL SHOCK

Trump has put global energy security on the line

If, in 48 hours (by Monday evening GMT), the strait is not opened "Without threats"

And the US begins the promised strikes on power plants
