Midnight Network is quietly building what most of Web3 is still missing real, usable privacy.

While many chains focus only on transparency, @MidnightNetwork is exploring how zero-knowledge tech can bring selective disclosure into the system. That means you can prove something is valid without exposing the actual data behind it. This is a game changer for identity, payments, and even business use cases where privacy is critical.

What I find interesting is the token design. $NIGHT isn’t just another utility token holding it generates DUST, which is used for transactions. This reduces constant selling pressure and makes the ecosystem more sustainable for long-term users.

The bigger picture here is balance. Midnight isn’t choosing between privacy and compliance it’s trying to make both work together. And honestly, that’s exactly what Web3 needs if it wants real adoption beyond just crypto-native users.

Still early, but definitely one of the more thoughtful approaches I’ve seen lately.
