The Oklahoma Tax Commission said unauthorized access to W-2 and 1099 files in its online taxpayer portal lasted 18 months, from July 2024 to December 2025. A filing with the Office of the Maine Attorney General said names and Social Security numbers were stolen, but the agency did not disclose how many people were affected.
