Resolv Labs co-founder Ivan Kozlov said pre-exploit USR holders will receive 1:1 redemptions after an attacker extracted roughly $23 million by minting 80 million unbacked USR. Kozlov said 98% of whitelisted holders have already been redeemed, while the technical solution for non-whitelisted pre-exploit holders is still being finalized. Mandiant and ZeroShadow are investigating, and Kozlov said no evidence of insider involvement has been found so far.
