The COTI Vibe Code Challenge is a wrap and the results speak for themselves.

We launched the challenge with one mission: invite anyone to go from 0 to Launch. Build a privacy-first app or game on COTI, mint a private token, connect it all together, and ship a complete Web3 project.

No traditional coding experience required. Just AI tools, COTI’s privacy stack, and a great idea.

What the community shipped exceeded every expectation. From a full community-built DeFi suite, to a confidential prediction market that scrolls like TikTok, to a privacy-first AI therapist that rewards your mental wellness journey, the results blew us away. The builders proved that building with programmable privacy can be fun, easy and exciting. On-chain privacy isn’t just for enterprises. It’s for everyone.

🥇 1st Place: Pengo DeFi by @Infl_Coins — 50,000 COTI

The first community-built DeFi suite on COTI Network. Pengo DeFi launched into open beta with four live modules, all powered by COTI.

What’s inside Pengo DeFi:

  • Stake: Stake $COTI or $gCOTI at a fixed 10% APY with no staking or withdrawal fees. Claim anytime and earn $Pengo in the process.

  • Wallet: A clean overview of your funds with the ability to send any token on COTI Network to your contacts.

  • Mass Send: Send any token on COTI to a custom mass-distribution list for a small COTI fee.

Pengo DeFi is a complete demonstration of what’s possible when builders combine COTI’s privacy stack with real product thinking. It took hundreds of vibe coding iterations to get this just right! Staking, payments, and encrypted messaging, all built by a community member, all live on mainnet.

🥈 2nd Place: Whisper by @edenbdn — 25,000 COTI

Think Polymarket meets TikTok, where your bets are encrypted. Whisper is a confidential prediction market built on COTI that scrolls like your favorite social app.

What makes Whisper different:

  • Swipe through prediction markets like a feed

  • Bet YES or NO with cUSDC

  • Your position stays private. Nobody sees what you’re betting on

Prediction markets have a transparency problem. Public positions get copied, front-run, and exploited. Whisper solves it by encrypting positions at the protocol level using COTI, while keeping the user experience as simple as scrolling a social feed.

It’s a perfect example of how privacy and great UX can coexist on-chain.

🥉 3rd Place: NOETICA by @0xDafariel — 10,000 COTI

A privacy-first AI therapist that rewards your wellness journey. NOETICA was built end-to-end using AI tools, with zero manual coding, and deployed on COTI with its own private token, $NOET.

Most mental health apps store your deepest thoughts on central servers, then train AI on your pain. NOETICA flips the model. Therapy data never touches a server. Conversations are end-to-end encrypted in your browser using AES-256-GCM, and the $NOET token rewards you for showing up for yourself.

How NOETICA works:

  • Encrypted AI chat: Talk through anxiety, stress, or goals. Conversations are encrypted client-side. No server reads them.

  • Daily mood checks and journaling: Build a private wellness practice with on-chain accountability.

Why This Matters

The Vibe Code Challenge was all about the builders. Giving them the power to unlock their creativity, using the latest in AI tooling, and making COTI the easiest to build an app and project on. With the Vibe Coding Challenge we proved that programmable privacy puts real building power in the hands of anyone with a great idea. Every project that won, all the runners up, and every project that shipped, demonstrates the same thing: COTI’s privacy infrastructure is live, accessible, and ready for builders.
