am writing this because I feel that while Dusk and @dusk_foundation are doing innovative work with $DUSK, there are several important issues that need attention. First, I want to say that I truly admire the vision of Dusk. Privacy-first blockchain technology and tokenized real-world assets are exciting ideas, and I believe in the potential of this platform. But admiration alone cannot ignore the problems users like me are facing.
The first issue is lack of clear communication. Updates about the platform, new features, or ongoing projects are not communicated well. Sometimes announcements are delayed or too technical to understand, leaving users confused about the status of the platform. For a project that deals with tokens and assets, clarity and transparency are not optional—they are essential.
The second concern is complexity and usability. Many features on the platform, including staking, transactions, and token management, are difficult to navigate. New users, and even some experienced users, can struggle to understand how to properly use the system. If Dusk wants more adoption and active participation, simplifying the user interface and guiding users clearly should be a top priority.
The third issue is customer support and response time. When I or other users reach out for help, it often takes too long to get meaningful answers. Sometimes responses do not fully address the problem, which makes it frustrating for users who are trying to participate or manage their $DUSK holdings. Fast, clear, and helpful support is critical for building trust in the platform.
I want to make it clear that this complaint comes from a place of care. I believe in Dusk and I want to see it succeed. These issues are not minor—they affect how users experience the platform and can slow down adoption and community engagement. Addressing communication, usability, and support issues will make Dusk more reliable, approachable, and trustworthy.
I hope @dusk_foundation listens to this feedback and takes steps to improve. The potential of Dusk is huge, but it becomes meaningful only if users can interact with the platform confidently, easily, and without frustration. Thank you for considering these points.
