$BTC 🚨 WARNING: Discord Crypto Scams Are Everywhere – Protect Your Wallet! 🚨
Brothers and sisters in crypto, especially newbies and airdrop hunters, listen up!
These days, whenever you join any new crypto project Discord (especially those running airdrops or farming tasks), the moment you ask a simple question in the chat — BAM — you get a friend request from a "project team member" or "support staff".
They’ll say things like:
"Join this server, we opened a ticket for you"
"DM me, I'll help you fix your wallet"
"Our official support is here → [fake link]"
This is 99% a SCAM.
Real Projects NEVER Do This:
They do not randomly DM you first.
They do not send you to another Discord server.
They do not ask you to connect your wallet in DMs or random links.
Legit projects handle support only through:
Official ticket system inside their main Discord
Public help channels where verified admins reply openly
Scammers create fake accounts with similar usernames (slightly changed letters/numbers) and lure you into fake servers. Once you click their "rectify wallet" or "claim reward" link → your assets are drained.
Newbies fall for this the most, lose everything, and then wrongly blame the actual project.
How to Stay Safe:
Never accept random friend requests from "support"
Never click wallet-connect links sent in DMs
Always verify usernames with official announcements
Use ticket system only inside the main verified Discord
Enable 2FA and use hardware wallet for big amounts
Spread this message. The more people know, the fewer victims.
Scammers are getting smarter. Be smarter than them.
Save this post. Share it. Stay safe out there fam 💪
