P2P looks easy… until you get scammed.
I learned it the hard way. Save this:
1️⃣ Fake Payment Proof
Scammer sends a fake bank screenshot and says:
“Release fast bro.”
Rule: If the money is NOT in your bank app, do NOT release crypto.
Screenshots mean nothing.
2️⃣ “I Sent Extra, Refund Me”
They send more than agreed, then ask you to return the extra to another account.
Rule: Refund ONLY to the same account that paid you.
Anything else = scam.
3️⃣ Fake Urgency
Scammers will pressure you with messages like:
“Hurry up.”
“Why are you taking so long?”
“Release now.”
Rule: Never rush a trade.
Always verify everything yourself.
Golden Rule for P2P:
Check your bank app FIRST.
Then click “Release.”
Stay safe. Don’t rush trades.
