I’ve been digging into @OpenLedger lately, and it actually solves a problem I’ve ranted about for ages AI gets smarter, but the people feeding it data get nothing.
OpenLedger is building a decentralized data layer specifically for AI. Instead of scraping or scraping adjacent methods, it lets real contributors upload datasets, get them verified on chain, and keep ownership. No more guessing if your work was used or who profited from it.
What makes it click for me is the incentive design. You contribute useful, high-quality data, validators check it, and you earn $OPEN . Developers get cleaner, permissioned data to train models, and contributors finally have a way to get paid fairly. It’s not just another token farm - the value loop is tied directly to data utility.
The whole thing feels more open and accountable than the usual “trust us” model. If AI is going to be open, the data behind it should be too.
Worth watching how this plays out. #OpenLedger
