We already have plenty of analytics explaining why a transaction failed or was exploited. What's more interesting is preventing those situations in the first place. Newton Mainnet Beta is building an authorization layer that checks predefined policies before execution, making onchain enforcement part of the transaction itself instead of an afterthought.
