These days I think the bigger question is who gets trusted to make decisions before anything even reaches validation.
A network that consistently makes good authorization decisions could create value in a way traditional validation never does. If developers rely on those decisions to reduce risk, they have a reason to keep coming back. Thats where a real economy can start to form.
