PwC expects Hong Kong’s IPO market to raise about HK$380 billion in 2026 and said fundraising could exceed HK$400 billion depending on market conditions, according to Ming Pao.
Wong Kam-chin, PwC’s capital markets services lead partner, said at a “2026 Hong Kong IPO Market Mid-Year Review and Outlook” press conference that he remains confident about growth despite short-term challenges including geopolitical tensions, inflation, and interest-rate volatility. PwC also raised its full-year forecast for the number of new listings to 150.
