Sharplink co-CEO and former BlackRock executive Joseph Chalom said Ethereum has more than 900,000 validators and more than 1 million developers, giving it a decentralization advantage he said Solana cannot match.

According to Odaily, Electric Capital data show 1,012,824 developers have contributed code on Ethereum, with about 232,000 remaining active over the past 12 months.

Chalom said Solana has fewer than 800 validators and that 92% run on the same client.

Data cited in the report said Sharplink held 886,725 ETH as of late June.
