Why?
When ETH moves off exchanges, the immediate liquid supply available for selling can decrease.

• Exchange withdrawal activity is surging
• ETH is moving away from centralized trading venues
• Available sell-side liquidity may tighten
• The market is showing unusual holder activity
Important: withdrawals alone do not guarantee a price rally.
