Now even stablecoins are managing to “correct”…
For those unaware, the asset currently ranks 21st among all cryptocurrencies by market capitalization.
The company stated that the price decline was caused by an aggressive speculative attack on the stablecoin. According to them, attackers allegedly hacked the accounts of certain co founders, spread negative information, and opened large short positions, pushing the price downward.

At least the price recovered fairly quickly afterward.
