As we approach the final days of 2025, the market is seeing typical holiday consolidation. While many eyes are on $BTC hovering at these levels, the real opportunity might be in the major altcoins preparing for the Q1 2026 sprint.
I am closely watching $Sol (Solana) today.
​Looking at the 4H structure in the chart below, we see a classic bullish pennant forming right on top of a key support zone.
Why this matters right now:
​Holding Strength: Despite lower holiday volume, SOL buyers are stepping in higher and higher, compressing the price.​The Coiling Effect: This tightening range usually precedes a violent expansion. Given the macro trend, the probability leans upward.​RSI Reset: The RSI has cooled off during this consolidation, meaning there is plenty of room for a pump without being immediately overbought.
My Trading Plan:
I am waiting for a confirmed 4H candle close above the upper trendline of this pennant before entering a fresh long position. If $BTC remains stable, $SOL could be one of the first movers into the New Year.
