We’ve submitted a letter in response to the SEC Crypto Task Force’s request for feedback on a proposed safe harbor. We urge the SEC to clarify that digital assets without contractual obligations are not securities & to prioritize assessing ‘control,’ in its safe harbor framework, providing needed clarity for open source builders.
