⚡️ Kraken parent Payward has acquired Bitnomial for up to $550M

Kraken announces the acquisition of Bitnomial, the first fully CFTC-licensed derivatives company in the US built for digital assets. The transaction was settled in cash and stock valued Payward’s equity at $20B.
