Ethereum’s Kelp Protocol has temporarily suspended its rs$ETH contracts after detecting unusual cross-chain activity.

According to reports, the restaking platform halted rsETH operations on the mainnet as well as multiple Layer 2 networks as a precaution. An investigation is now underway, with Kelp working alongside LayerZero, Unichain, audit firms, and security specialists to identify the root cause.

The team stated that more information will be shared once the investigation is complete.
