Fluent has officially launched its Ethereum Layer 2 mainnet and introduced its native token, BLEND. According to PANews, the network promises liquidity of $50 million on its first day. The platform features a 'hybrid execution' architecture, allowing different virtual machines such as EVM, SVM, and Wasm to operate within the same chain state. Its core module, Prints, converts on-chain and off-chain actions into programmable reputation, which is used for application distribution and risk control.
The mainnet integrates seven applications at launch, including the Vena lending protocol, which adjusts interest rates based on reputation. BLEND is utilized for transaction fees, staking, and governance, with an initial supply of 1 billion tokens. A public sale offered 10 million tokens at $0.1 each, representing 1% of the total supply. The project has raised $11.2 million and plans to introduce a validator staking mechanism in the future.
