Price is currently trapped under the 254.85 local peak. Each subsequent push into this resistance has been weaker than the last, signaling a loss of buyer conviction. By entering in the 241–253 range, we are positioning for a mean reversion toward the 200–208 support zone. Our risk is clearly defined above the recent swing high—if $TAO breaks 266, the bearish narrative is invalidated.
