- MoU: War ends on all fronts.
- US: Israel and Hezbollah "aren't linked" in the deal.
- Iran: Attacks on Hezbollah could break the deal.
3. NUCLEAR PROGRAM
- MoU: Will be addressed in final deal.
- US: Iran agreed to never get nukes.
- Iran: No willingness to concede.
4. SANCTIONS RELIEF
- MoU: US starts lifting sanctions during talks.
- US: Money comes only if Iran follows the deal.
- Iran: Oil sanctions are lifted immediately.
5. FROZEN ASSETS
MoU: Restricted funds become fully available.
US: No clear immediate release.
