Building a true bottom takes time, patience and, above all, confirmation. The market does not reverse a trend simply because it reaches a certain price or a specific support level.
A bottom is an accumulation process that develops gradually: first on lower time frames, where the first signs of selling pressure being absorbed begin to appear, and subsequently on higher time frames, where the structure really starts to change.
Many try to pinpoint the exact low, but the reality is that a bottom is recognised through a series of converging factors: a return of volume, a recovery to key levels, structural changes in price, an increase in demand and technical confirmation on higher time frames.
As things stand, personally, I do not yet see these elements. I do not see a convergence strong enough to be able to state with conviction that the market has formed a definitive low.
This does not mean it cannot happen, but it does mean that for the time being I prefer to observe the data rather than chase hopes. In the coming days or weeks, we will see whether the market really begins to build a solid base. Until then, talking about a bottom seems premature to me.#BTCBreaksBelowRainbowChartFloor #BTCFallsBelow200WeekMA
