🚨 SEC Unveils New Fraud Case Involving AI and Crypto

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has accused a Texas resident named Nathan Fuller of raising approximately $12.3 million from around 150 investors through a scheme allegedly based on “AI-powered crypto trading bots.”

According to the SEC's statement, high and guaranteed returns were promoted, including profits exceeding 40% to 50% within 30 to 45 days, and even promises of returns surpassing 100% within 21 days.

However, the SEC claims that the bots did not operate as advertised, and a significant portion of investors' funds was used for personal expenses and Ponzi-like payments.

The message is clear:
Any project promising guaranteed and quick profits under the guise of “AI Trading Bot” needs to be scrutinized heavily before you put in a single dollar.
