Hut 8 agreed with West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, to invest about $16 million to expand the local water system for its River Bend AI Data Center campus. The project includes new water wells and about 8 miles of water supply mains. Hut 8 said the infrastructure is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026 and then transferred to the parish at no cost.
