01. The Invalidation Protocol
Never enter a trade without a mathematical stop-loss. It’s not a suggestion; it’s a structural boundary.

02. Asymmetric Risk
Risk max 1% of your capital. If the setup doesn't offer at least a 1:3 Risk-to-Reward ratio, skip it. Protect your baseline.

03. The Biometric Veto
Slept less than 6 hours? Feeling FOMO? You are disqualified from trading for 24 hours. A compromised state leads to compromised logic.

A list on a sticky note won't save you. You need a digital environment that forces discipline.
