Gold prices recorded a sharp increase across Pakistan, with the price of gold rising by Rs9,200 per tola, according to market data released on Monday.

As per the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, following the significant hike, the price of gold reached Rs464,762 per tola nationwide.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs7,888, taking it to Rs398,458.

The association further stated that in the international market, gold prices climbed by $92, reaching $4,424 per ounce.

The sharp rise reflects volatility in global markets, which continues to influence domestic gold prices.
