The more I think about Fabric Protocol, the less I see robotics as a hardware story and the more I see it as a capability story. What happens when robot intelligence becomes modular like software? If skills can be added, removed, updated, or shared like apps, does that make robots more useful or just harder to govern? Who checks whether a skill module is safe? Who decides what should be installed or revoked? Fabric becomes interesting right at that tension. Maybe the next robotics shift will not come from better machines alone, but from how intelligently capabilities are packaged, distributed, and controlled.
