Iran has long rejected hostile rhetoric from Trump 🚨
While there has been no immediate response from Iran to Trump’s Truth Social post, Iranian leaders have routinely rejected “threatening rhetoric” from Trump and members of his administration.
“They are projecting defiance, rather than concessions, against this type of rhetoric from Trump,” Alruhaid reported from Tehran.
“[Iranian leaders] are insisting on mutual trust and mutual respect” between the two sides, he said.
“They are saying this type of public pressure [and] language from American officials, especially from Donald Trump, is not acceptable.”
