Capital B, listed on Euronext Paris and formerly known as The Blockchain Group, purchased an additional 192 $BTC for €13.0 million, lifting total holdings to 3,135 $BTC. The acquisition was funded through completed capital raises, including institutional private placement, Adam Back’s subscribed warrant exercise, and the TOBAM ATM program.

The average acquisition cost was €90,451 per coin, with reported BTC yield at 1.82% year-to-date. The move reinforces the gradual institutionalization of corporate Bitcoin treasury strategies in Europe, but balance-sheet exposure remains sensitive to liquidity conditions and market volatility.
