In his final comments to his cabinet, US President Donald Trump has said, “We have things understood now with Iran.”
“This is regime change,” he said.
Trump also claimed US negotiators are “doing very well”, even as he signalled they were not ready to move forward with an agreement.
“We can make a good deal right now, but maybe not a great deal,” he added.
