Strategy CEO: May sell Bitcoin for long-term shareholder value

On May 28, 2026, during an interview with Fox Business, Strategy CEO Phong Le stated that while the company's long-term philosophy is to aggregate Bitcoin, they may make week-to-week or day-to-day decisions to sell if it is accretive to shareholders in the long term. 

He mentioned that utilizing unrealized tax losses due to Bitcoin's volatility for tax planning is a reasonable motive for such sales. Phong Le expressed that despite potential sales at some point, the company will ultimately net increase its overall Bitcoin holdings and Bitcoin per share.
