**Notable movers:** PORTAL up 201% – that’s wild, but I’d double-check that data. ALLO down 12%. AI sector green (+3.55%), Meme and Layer1 red.

**Fear & Greed:** 29 – solid Fear. Not panic, but not comfortable either.

**My take:** BTC is bouncing between $73k and $74k, volume is low ($0.6B). BNB got slapped hard – maybe some profit-taking after the run. ETH is struggling to hold $2k. The “Other” sector pumping +15% tells me money is rotating into small caps. That’s usually a sign of risk-on, but with Fear at 29, it’s mixed.
