🔥 $HYPE Quiet consolidation, but futures are getting loaded up 👀
Honestly, the daily volume was super low at ~12k – way below average. That lack of juice on the bounce makes me a bit skeptical about any real conviction here yet.
But the capital flow tells a different story:
- Contracts are seeing some serious inflows lately – like +9.15M USDT over the last 6-8 hours. That’s a solid sign smart money is building longs in futures.
- Spot, on the other hand, is leaking out – -472k in 24h and even -12.4M over the week. So we’ve got this classic divergence: futures buyers piling in while spot sellers are still active. Usually, if the futures side wins out, we get a nice pump once spot starts turning.
**Bottom line $HYPE : Cautiously bullish for me. I’m not chasing at current levels – too close to resistance and volume is dead. Waiting for confirmation.
**My plan:
- Wait for a clean break above Resistance at 26.61 USDT, ideally with volume spiking to 6M+ to show real interest.
- That would line up with the MACD crossover and the contract flows.
- Stop-loss: Below Support at 24.27 (Recent lows back this up)
- Targets $HYPE : First at R2 resistance 27.42, then if it runs, upper Bolli at 30.65 could be in play (but needs to clear MA20 first)
