Let’s move on to Bitcoin analysis. After a few days without posting an analysis, let’s take a look at Bitcoin and see what the market has been doing during this time.

⏳ 4-hour timeframe
On the 4-hour timeframe, Bitcoin hasn’t shown any major difference compared to our previous analysis and is still inside the same large range box between 84,500 and 93,789.

✔️ Since Bitcoin has been inside this box for a long time, additional support and resistance levels have also formed within the range.

💡 Currently, the price has formed a smaller range between 86,555 and 90,018, and it is fluctuating between these two zones with very low volume.

⭐ Since Bitcoin’s previous low was recorded at 84,500, if the price gets supported at 86,555 and forms a higher low compared to 84,500, the probability of breaking 90,018 will increase significantly.

🎯 If 90,018 breaks, bullish momentum can enter the market, and if this momentum comes along with increased volume, Bitcoin can also break the next resistance zones such as 93,789 and 96,476.

⚡️ With the break of 93,789, we can get confirmation of Bitcoin turning bullish. But before that, any long position that gets opened, I personally take profits quickly, because there is no strong momentum in the market.

🔔 For short positions, the triggers we currently have are 86,855 and 84,500.Price stabilization below 84,500 will confirm Bitcoin turning bearish.

Although Novogratz once dismissed the XRP community as mostly retail traders unaware of the token’s flawed economics, his view has shifted.

He now credits the so-called “XRP Army” with playing a key role in keeping the token afloat through years of volatility, showing just how powerful a loyal holder base can be.

XRP Price Prediction: XRP Needs to Bounce From $1.80 to Target $3

XRP has shed 10% of its value this year, which makes it the 4th worst-performing token in the top 5.

However, in the past 7 days, the token has recovered slightly, posting gains of 0.5% during this period. Meanwhile, trading volumes have increased by 30% in the past 24 hours, and currently account for less than 2% of the asset’s circulating market cap.

Once again, XRP has found strong support at $1.80. This price zone has acted as a strong bouncing pad four times already in the past.

Meanwhile, a descending triangle has formed as a result of the latest price action. This is a price compression pattern that tends to precede a big breakout.

If the price rises above $2.20, this would invalidate the token’s bearish price structure, and a bullish breakout of the triangle pattern would be confirmed.

After the aggressive October 10 sell‑off, price responded with a clean Automatic Rally (AR) before rolling over into a controlled pullback. This latest dip appears to be sweeping the October 10 lows, and the December 19 bullish engulfing candle is the first meaningful sign of demand stepping back in.

Crucially, price closed back inside the prior range, which keeps the structure constructive. While heavier volume on the reversal would’ve added confidence, the low‑volume nature of the sweep actually supports a spring narrative — supply has been drying up for weeks, and there’s been no evidence of aggressive selling pressure. That’s exactly what you want to see heading into a potential Wyckoff spring.

Trade Scenario
Initial TP would be just below the range EQ which lines up with the yearly pivot and 50% of the range retracement. From here, if the price can close, hold and form higher lows above this level, would strongly suggest that a bottom is in. The next meaningful upside target sits around $0.0194, where prior resistance and structural alignment converge.

Market Context
A surprising number of alts are printing similar spring‑like structures right now:
• Washed‑out lows
• Diminishing volume
• Reclaims back into range
• Early signs of demand returning

💥 In yesterday's Idea we spoke on how XRP was in a descending broadening wedge and our price target of $1.99, we're waiting on that for confirmation of a bullish reversal though we can see off today's chart that bulls were able to reclaim some ground using the wedge as some technical support to bounce. We can see our 20, 50 EMA's have already converged so it'll be a matter now if whether or not we can avoid falling back within the wedge and reenter our descending channel.

💥 If we manage to break back into our descending channel then I would keep mind of that $1.99 level as it'll play a crucial resistance point until we're above it and even so the next thing will be if we can sustain and regain our 200 EMA to form a bullish crossover else we'll keep facing some volatile activity till the retail market and technical traders get some more bullish confirmation.

💥 Alongside this a big part is sentiment, things are still uneasy as ever. We've still got strong inflows into Bitcoin and positive fundamentals but with macroeconomic concerns and persistent selling pressure, liquidations and Bitcoin trading in this volatile range facing $70k again if it can't break resistance levels, $90k in particular. I would keep these things in mind, we know January has a chance of being a positive month if past-price action proves correct else we may continue to see choppy waters for a few weeks till we get some positive news or some catalyst and better sentiment.
