I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I encountered on my USDⓈ-M Futures Cross Margin account.

On 2025-06-09 at 15:58:50, my position was liquidated (Liquidation ID 1749463130454029180). According to the liquidation notice, my account had:

Wallet Balance: 25.4570 USDT

Total Unrealized PNL: –7.2641 USDT

Margin Balance: 18.1935 USDT

Maintenance Margin Required: 18.2597 USDT

At the time of liquidation, my asset breakdown was:

Based on these figures, I believe I should have retained approximately 18.19 USDT in my account after the liquidation. However, my entire balance was reduced to 0 USDT, which appears to be incorrect.

I have attached a screenshot of the liquidation summary for your reference.
